You can only delete roles that have never had an invoice in Palette. A role that has received invoices and is part of a flow cannot be deleted. Instead, it needs to be inactivated.
The criteria for being able to inactivate a role are:
- The role's user must not have any active invoices in Palette. To check this, you can use Reports > Invoice > Invoices flow status.
All invoices in column Inbound, To be processed and Being checked needs to be controlled and the flow changed. To get to the invoice, click on the number for each column.
- The role is not the Role administrator or Role supervisor for any other role.
- The role cannot be part of any current flow proposal.
