1. Go to Administration - General information - Temporary users to search for the role, or go to My Profile – Temporary users
2. Enter the user you want to add as a temporary user to your role. You can click on USER to search for a user.
3. Enter from date and return date, between which dates the user will be connected to your role.
4. Press the Add button. Then the user will be added in the bottom row.
(Note that there is a job in PaletteMaster that checks if any users have been added as temporary users on a role. The job is usually scheduled to run once a day, but it can be set to run more often. If the from date on the temporary user has occurred, User added will be set to Yes when the job runs.
If the from date is in the future, the user won't be added to the role until the date occurrs.)
5. Press the Save button.
You can add more users to your role. Repeat steps 2-5 above.
