Only if your company has control over PaletteMaster it is allowed for you to add a new user in PaletteMaster.
To add a new user, an existing user needs to log on to PaletteMaster.
Click on Users and click on New.
Type in the fields required and click on Save.
A Readonly user has no ability to run any Maintenance Service job, update,add ,delete or save any changes in PaletteMaster.
If no one has an existing account, register a ticket in Palette Support Portal and place an order for your new user in PaletteMaster.
