If none of the jobs in PaletteMaster are running according to schedule, it's most likely because the service Palette Mainenance Service is not running. If you have a cloud based installation of PaletteArena, such as PaletteOnline or a service hosted by one of our partners, you will not be able to solve this on your own. You need to contact either Palette Product Support, or the partner hosting your solution.
If you have PaletteArena installed on your own servers, your IT department can restart the service. The service is located on your application server. If you are not sure which server is your application server, you can click the information button in PaletteArena. The server name is listed under System information.
