"Invoiceimage is missing" - This error message appears if the system is trying to load an invoice into Palette several times. When an invoice is loaded into Palette the image files are moved to another folder, therefore the error message "Invoiceimage is missing" if trying to load the same invoice again.


I you see this error message in the event log in the Palette Master or in Reports – Invoice – Show captured invoices, check that the invoices are already in Palette (Reports – Invoice – Show invoice), if so you can go to Reports – Invoice – Show captured invoices and remove the duplicates with the error message by pressing the red cross at the far right of each post.
